> 24 hourOwned the device for 7 days now. Only used it once. On the 3rd day, I finally got a chance to use it. After about 2.5hours of working with the device, I got a blue screen with error: PAGE FAULT_IN NONPAGED AREA. I dont have any design programs on it yet. Only Office 365. When I picked up the device, it was extremely hot. I had the device sitting on my end table (completely flat surface). Ive had laptops before that did not run hot from sitting on a table, even after several hours of working. I dont understand this. After turning it off and letting it sit for about 30 minutes or so and turning it back on, it seemed to be fine. I havent even gotten the chance to work in Adobe yet. This is horrible. Im gonna do a little research before returning it, but Im sure I probably will.

> 24 hourI wanted to like this computer so much. After researching for days about 2 in 1 laptops that could fulfill my needs as a creator, this seemed like a godsend. And for the first few days I had it, it was. And then I gradually started to notice flaws:

> 24 hourBeen a huge fan of the Ezel hinge since their Acer Aspire R13 days back in 2015. That laptop was legendary, and what Im replacing. Ive been eyeing this since 2020, and decided to pick it up just now in 2022. Although the processor is outdated (10th Gen Intel vs 12th Gen of today), I bought this for a well balanced multimedia/work laptop. The original was advertised for multimedia consumption and its what I currently use the Ezel 3 for.

> 24 hourMy unit had the same issue that a couple other reviewers had- about 50% of the time the computer cannot detect the NVIDIA GPU and I frequently get BSoD with errors like video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error and driver_power_state_failure. I spent a couple days trouble shooting, I wiped and reinstalled the NVIDIA drivers multiple times and even factory reset the computer, reinstalled windows and everything. I get the blue screen multiple times a day with regular use (particularly when using photoshop as it often cannot use the dedicated graphics).

> 24 hourThis computer is faster than I’m accustomed too which is great. Started running CAD and basic office software for now but will be augmenting the memory use as school continues. I’ve been able to utilize the touch, stylus, and tablet modes with nearly flawless transition and Im looking forward to long time use. I’ve had the computer for a couple weeks now with about 4-5 hour blocks at a time of moderate use for the battery, if you’re running heavier programs you might not get that much but plugging it in once in a while isn’t bothersome to me either. Highly recommend.

> 24 hourFirst of all I must say I love this little machine. Im an artist who was looking for an entryway into digital art, and after a lot of research I decided this was the best fit for me. The laptop is compact and good for those with limited space, its a great alternative for people not wanting to buy a huge PC setup just to learn digital art like I was. Its also a very powerful little machine that rivals lots of other computers Ive seen.
