I have been a Mac user for years so this laptop was the first non-Mac laptop that I had used in years and I was pleasantly surprised. The specs are awesome in terms of memory, hard drive space, speed, and processing. In terms of aesthetics and feel it is really beautiful to use and very cool. Cortana speaks when you first turn on the laptop and helps in the setup process which makes it very user friendly. Love the touchscreen aspect and the inclusion of the stylus. I am a blogger and do a lot of digital work for my blog so this laptop is definitely going to be a game-changer in terms of what I can do with it. Even though it is a gaming laptop, it is great for just daily use with Microsoft office but it is true to its name it is a creators laptop. If you create a lot of digital work then this is the laptop for you.

Look, this is a really cool concept for a laptop. A laptop for creators and artists to be able to take their work on the go, that’s what this laptop advertises itself as. It presents itself as a laptop, but with the desktop power to be able to handle heavier programs. The screen moves and comes out for whatever it is you need, but the reality is, the laptop is too compact to truly be able to handle my programs. Simply running things like Adobe Illustrator or small games and the laptop’s fans are louder than the actual fan in my room. I also quickly ran into audio issues, and the laptop itself has stopped playing sound out of the speakers entirely. I’ve only had the laptop for a day. Acer has produced many good laptops that can handle resource-heavy programs/games, and their Concept D models haven’t all been bad, but I believe this one just seems to be a simple laptop with a few more buffed specs. If you’re looking for a sleek compact design for good day to day laptop, this is a good choice. But as for anything much more than that, you’d probably be better off with an actual heavy duty gaming laptop.

This laptop is so much more than just that…it is a graphic workstation, a regular office workstation to crunch numbers in spreadsheets, a light portable gaming station, and sleek enough to take on the go. Additionally, it has an outstanding variable display that moves around, acts as a sort of super tablet (if you so choose) and has a very responsive stylus that is the best I have used. It is very responsive, stows away perfectly, and it has opened up so many options for me to be more productive…and to have more fun. Drawing is amazing on this and it goes hand-in-hand with creativity. All of the above is bolstered by the fact that the screen is ridiculously accurate and validated by a company that is respected for such ratings. There are not a lot of flaws about this beast in a small package but I will outline both in the portion below.

I bought this as a replacement for a budget Acer laptop, specifically needing more processing power and ram but what drew me in was the capability for inputting cell values into spreadsheets on the go.

    Greater than one week

My unit had the same issue that a couple other reviewers had- about 50% of the time the computer cannot detect the NVIDIA GPU and I frequently get BSoD with errors like video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error and driver_power_state_failure. I spent a couple days trouble shooting, I wiped and reinstalled the NVIDIA drivers multiple times and even factory reset the computer, reinstalled windows and everything. I get the blue screen multiple times a day with regular use (particularly when using photoshop as it often cannot use the dedicated graphics).

I run Adobe photoshop and Da vinci Resole on this and it works great. The build in stylus is awesome works great, wish it was a little bigger to grip but then it would not conceal inside the laptop so give and take. overall great value with upgrade options for memory and hard drive space. Im running the factory right now but thinking about buying upgrades for digital media editing. love the style of the Ezel Screen how can i use a normal laptop again

Before buying, i read many reviews about failures, excessive fan noise, and criticisms about the finish!!What can i say about the fan noise? For my taste it is average, only in heavy tasks it increases, but nothing exaggerated to the point of causing anger. The texture of the white paint is amazing!! Does not attract fingerprints!!It has a button on the side, where you can configure your fingerprint and this is very useful. The luminous keys glow amber, together with the color of the equipment makes it very elegant!!The screen is very bright and the colors are very accurate, i dont need more than 65% brightness, even in bright environments in a room.It has 2 high-speed USB outputs, 1 thunderbolt, and a micro SD input. It is very fast and the dedicated graphics only kick in when you need graphics power.Dont forget to update the bios!! I dont know what it fixes, but it sure is important!!Im really satisfied and didnt expect so much performance from a relatively outdated laptop!!
