I thought it was just an issue with my laptop, until I checked the reviews and saw multiple others having the same issues. The actual laptop is pretty great. But there seems to be a pretty severe issue with the GPU. It is constantly BSODing, and after it recovers from it the GPU will remain disconnected and requires multiple restarts reenable. I sent it in to Acer Repair and they sent it back saying they couldnt reproduce it. I find it a little hard to believe, since all you have to do is turn on the laptop and it will BSOD eventually.

This computer is absolutely fabulous! I have an Acer Swift 5 for work, and I love it, but this Acer ConceptD 3 Ezel is even more impressive. I love the Acer products! Setup was easy, no so-called bloatware, and the speed is absolutely impressive. The difference is absolutely noticeable between the i7-8565U (which is still an impressive processor in its own right) on the Swift 5 and this fabulous ConceptD i7-10750H. Games in my library on Origin load lightning-fast and play well. The touchscreen is the nicest, most responsive and accurate Ive ever encountered. The stylus also works well; accurate. The location of the fingerprint reader is intelligent. The vents for the fans are also located wisely. And the keyboard! Oh, the keyboard of this laptop is wonderful! Its responsive and easy to tell that you have actually pressed the key. The webcam is nice and regardless that this is not a 4k resolution screen, its absolutely beautiful. Nicely done laptop - I am thoroughly impressed to say the least.

First of all I must say I love this little machine. Im an artist who was looking for an entryway into digital art, and after a lot of research I decided this was the best fit for me. The laptop is compact and good for those with limited space, its a great alternative for people not wanting to buy a huge PC setup just to learn digital art like I was. Its also a very powerful little machine that rivals lots of other computers Ive seen.

I have been a Mac user for years so this laptop was the first non-Mac laptop that I had used in years and I was pleasantly surprised. The specs are awesome in terms of memory, hard drive space, speed, and processing. In terms of aesthetics and feel it is really beautiful to use and very cool. Cortana speaks when you first turn on the laptop and helps in the setup process which makes it very user friendly. Love the touchscreen aspect and the inclusion of the stylus. I am a blogger and do a lot of digital work for my blog so this laptop is definitely going to be a game-changer in terms of what I can do with it. Even though it is a gaming laptop, it is great for just daily use with Microsoft office but it is true to its name it is a creators laptop. If you create a lot of digital work then this is the laptop for you.

It would be better if it didnt heat up.

Many people comment on how jittery the AES screen is. When product first arrived, it was indeed very hard to get a straight line, and pen pressure was a little funky. However, Acer has since released a BIOS update available on their site which significantly improves things. Laptop performance and design was always great, but since the touchscreen update its an excellent choice.

I bought this laptop with high hopes from the reviews. I work in digital design and wanted to buy outside of apple. This brand new laptop has so many issues. The fingerprint scanner doesnt work, the video card is defective. My laptop shuts down several times a day. This is extremely inconvenient for my work and makes simple tasks long and difficult. I cant even connect to an external monitor for longer than fifteen minutes. Upon contacting the seller I was informed that although I have a warranty, I could not get a refund or new laptop. I would have to wait at least 20 days for them to try and repair the laptop. They were unfriendly and unwilling to work with me although I explained I need a laptop for my livelihood. I would not recommend buying this. Please look elsewhere for your design needs.
