> 3 dayThe monitor worked great for the first 7 months. I used it for work and for gaming. It started flickering randomly around every 5-10 minutes. I updated to the latest driver, played with the g-sync settings along with some other settings and it still does it. Even used different shielded cables and tried it with my desktop. The product was amazing when it was new but I expected it to last longer than 7 months. I created a case with Acer customer support. The shipping for the monitor is not covered under warranty, so Id have to pay for shipping cost, which is expensive (over $100) for a heavy monitor this big. Now Im left with a literal paper weight on my desk after blowing $700+ on it since itll just give you a headache if you try to use it.

23-11-2024Bought it on Jan 7 2020 and used it almost everyday. On 9/4 2020 it stoped working. It just shows a white screen with blurry images on it. Thankfully amazon is sending me a replacement. Still it is a big hassle to re-setup everything. I would probably get a better quality brand next time.

> 3 dayI just received this monitor and intend to use it for gaming. I have found that some games have a native resolution of 3840x1080 and others do not. In order to get the correct resolution for some games it will require some work. Other than that its pretty sweet. everything looks super nice, the quality of the panel is quite good. The stand is nice and sturdy. Worth the money if youre a baller.

> 3 dayI dont game, but I did need a extra wide monitor for large spreadsheets and multiple apps opened side by side. This works well for me. No more problems working with multiple monitors. Love it, love it, love it.

Greater than one weekThe brightness is good, love the wide curve, despise the stand, very limited adjustment, just not a good stand for such a nice monitor.

> 3 dayPurchased during prime day while on sale, happy with it so far for the price. Not sure Id pay full price for it. Some things seem cheap, like the stand itself. Not having any ability to elevate the screen is silly. Also disappointed the screen widget software Acer provides does not work on macOS, not important enough to make me not want to use it but it would be nice to have that functionality. Remote seems mediocre, has to be very close to display to work, but how often do you really need to adjust things once you get it setup? So little annoyances but none that are deal breakers.
