It has some nice specs. Unfortunately, I got a lemon and it would try to turn off every time I timed. (But worked fine with an external keyboard.) if you are looking for a laptop that game, do heavy computations, this is for you. But if you want a laptop for traveling look elsewhere.

Has everything it should, except it came with Windows 11, not 10, a huge kick in the gut

Dusted off my keyboard and 1 key came off. Called warranty department to submit a claim and they would not cover.

Easy to set up, except for the horrible windows 11 which forces you into certain decisions. Performance is phenomenal. Heat is jetted out the sides for the most part but would not recommend laying the computer on your lab but on a metal/wood laptop cooling pad. This is a very heavy laptop.

Ive had this computer for about 6 months now and it has worked well for me. I havent run into any failures or nagging issues. Im not a heavy gamer but this device plays Cyberpunk and lately Elden Ring with no problems.

Great Gaming PC for those unable to have a desktop computer who still don’t want to sacrifice performance. (So long as the fans have proper clearance) I’ve been using it for a few months with no overheating issues or really any negative experience with the laptop at all! Unfortunately hours before writing this review my laptop managed to find its way out of a moving car window at 15 MPH. After a full test of the laptop theirs no damage to report excepts for some very minor surface scratches. All considered this purchase was well worth the money spent.

Item purchased new and arrived by the seller BESTRY in a box enclosed with check packaging contents packing tape. The bottom chassis was cracked, the seller was unresponsive to my return request, a dispute was filed, and the product was received for free thanks to consumer protection laws. Now, as for the product itself...

I specifically bought a Windows 10 machine, and it was shipped with Windows 11.... aside from that it arrived on time and appears to be as advertised

Frequent Blue Screen Of Death. When I first purchased it, would happen perhaps once a week. After owning it 1 year, it now happens twice a day. BSOD doesnt appear to be related to high computer usage as it is just as likely to happen when idle or watching a YouTube video as it is while playing a game. Never had this problem with any other computer I have owned.
