I purchased this item and it works really well. I love the design of the screen and the keyboard. The only thing that Im really disappointed with is the battery life, on the descriptions says up to 11 hours of battery life, the first weeks I had only 2 hours of battery and tan I had to plug the charger again. I called customer service and they told me that I needed to re-calibrate the battery. I was 1 day trying to complete the process and just gave me 2 more hours. Ill have to purchase another battery and change it because it was not was I was looking for, other than that it is perfect!

Very happy with the laptop. Will upgrade the memory but was still a good deal. I am a little apprehensive about the hinges as the look awful flimsy and each hinge is only about 2 inches each. We will see if it holds up to a preteen gamer…

Am writing this review from the actual laptop. So far, its going well .... When this laptop arrived, it came with a protective box over the actual laptop box, that protective box was flawless BUT the laptop box was opened. The seal was propped up and the sack the laptop came in was upside down. I bought this laptop new. A sticker on the laptop has a little minor peal on it. I was hoping to keep it on for aesthetic reasons, but I might peal it off in the near future now.

Works good runs Cold War

Im late to the game (pun intended) with my review as there are already a few very complete and competent ones before mine. I agree with just about everything there, so Ill just add a few of my own thoughts.

I decided to buy this laptop to work and play games while I traveled it arrived today when I started it up I noticed that multiple keys were not registering when pressed. Calling Acer support I was told that this is a hardware issue and I would have to send it back to them for them to fix it and it would take 10-12 business days when I leave in 8 I was then told that they wouldnt be able to mail it back to me if I was in another country so I would have to have it delivered to a family members house and then pay for international shipping and that was the best they can do. despite them shipping a defective device they make it seem like them fixing it for free is something I should be thanking them for when its the bare minimum they can do overall a horrible experience.

Excelent performance, good features for gamer mid level.
