> 3 dayLaptop doesn’t hold more than 2 MMO games. Decent graphics and nice looking laptop for price. The reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is it doesn’t hold many DL games AND we bought 2 of these and one of them got a white screen of death after 4 days, had to plug it into our PC monitor just to see anything and to be able to clear everything off it to send it back and request a new one. So that really sucked.

> 3 dayI order laptop from my daughters account, after plugin no lights no charging, I run small computer repair business, I know little bit about computers, I used my testing power supply and other option to reset machine from keyboard but nothing works, no replacement options from Amazon other than return so I did return, I am not able to reorder the product due to 01 per customer.

> 3 dayThis little laptop is very good for the price. Only problem is that only has 8gb ram. I highly recommend you to upgrade the ram right away. 8gb ram isnt enough for windows 10/11 these days. 16gb is perfect. But after the upgrade it runs great! Plays games great! Video edits great! And handle FL Studio great! Great little budget laptop if youre willing to upgrade the ram!

> 3 dayLike a moth to a flame I was mesmerized by the value and great review ratings and I ignored the fact that there are at least SIX REVIEWS IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS saying their machine (like mine) wouldn’t even turn on!! Most stores would recognize this as a problem but Amazon shamefully just keeps selling this junk. This was in my house 3 hours before I got my money back along with arrangements for them to pick up the craptop at my door to return it. I will find another (non Acer) laptop, and I will buy it from somewhere other than Amazon. There has to be a price to pay for knowingly selling defective products.
