Took and it out of the box and it was doa. So sent it back

Its for my son, he is a beginner developer and avid gamer, this laptop meets his needs 100%.

Bought 2 units, first did not work out of the box, Charging / AC light was not lit, was unable to get power to the unit. Unit 2 worked for 3 hours, however when we tried to reconnect to the power cable to charge the laptop there was no power indicator.

I got my laptop for FL Studio primarily, I like to play games too and it runs everything I’ve wanted to play so far.

Great product, offers everything I was looking for - more than adequate platform for homework and school projects, with robust capacity to support an online gaming and streaming experience.

It’s a good laptop overall but there seems to be problems with it every now and then, for example the laptop freezes up every now and then but not so often

It just started blinking orange and dindt turn on, when connected it wont charge, hopefully i can have a refund of this if not well whatever im sending it to someone to fix it and lose money....good luck

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my oldest son for gaming, it works great and he is having a blast plating all his favorite games

The pc itself is beautifully detailed. I love the red and black. The only issue is the battery charger cord is not the correct fit. I bought another cord and it worked perfectly. That is important, the cord needs to fit properly. Other than that it was easy to setup and the keys glow in a red color. Perfect for gaming. My niece will love this birthday gift.
