El producto llegó defectuoso en dos ocasiones

Hasta ahorita todo bien, la acabamos de recibir hoy, todo pinta bien, primero creimos que no funcionaba porque no encendía, pero no estaba bien conectado el cargador a la laptop. Llego a tiempo.

My only complaint is the battery life. But it was a great price and I was able to add an extra 1tb storage and 32gb.

Soooooo dissapointed. I finally pull the trigger on getting a gaming laptop and it doesnt work. It turned on once when i 1st plugged it in then auto shut off and hasnt turned on or charged again since. It wasnt even on 30min and all i was doing was lleaving it idle while using my phone to reset one of my passwords so i could use spotify on the laptop....the wall outlet works fine, have tried it with multiple things but the laptop wont turn on and the charger indicator isnt indicating...i logged into my microsoft already and now i cant even log out of it before i return it because it wont turn on. Also the refund takes at least 2 weeks.

Comes with a cable to add a 2.5 inch ssd or hard drive, but not every one is compatible and Acer refuses to give a list of which ones are compatible. Completely useless if you want more that one game installed

La máquina es exactamente lo que promete, y por el precio me da oportunidad de comprar más ram y tener un buen equipo por menos de 20k pesos mexicanos.

Screen wont come on after just over 2 months, now I get to deal with the manufacturer. Dont waste your money.

***UPDATED REVIEW*** Keyboard failed days before my warranty was up. Called their support, I could barely understand the guy talking, told me to reboot the computer and call back if it doesnt work. Now my warranty expired, and I have to replace the keyboard. Have to use an external keyboard to write this review. I feel they had a chance to correct this before my warranty expired. I would spend a few extra bucks, and get a different brand. ***STAY AWAY***

Me ha llego hoy día por la mañana el producto pero a la hora de prenderlo no enciende. Lo bueno es que aunque sea te dan el reembolso completo del producto. Decepción total.

17in display (diagonally) that is not touch screen...love that.
