Greater than one weekAs someone who is always pretty tight for cash, this was quite an excellent find especially given the price of most gaming laptops out there. When it arrived, I was delighted to find it neatly packaged and remarkably effortless to set up. Considering its price point, the performance and battery life it offers are truly exceptional, catering perfectly to my needs as both a programmer and avid video game enthusiast. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this laptop, especially considering its unbeatable price.

Greater than one weekReceived in the mail on Saturday. Hooked it to power and I had a computer. But trying to set it up was a pain. Microsoft account screen came up. Could not get around it. Called support and they would not tell me how to delete Microsoft registration requirements. Ask for supervisor and was told to call back 8-5 weekdays. After being on hold for 20 minutes it was easier to pack it up and return it. I do not know if it is a good computer or not but with the requirements and support, I do not want a Acer computer.

> 3 dayOkay so the title of this review maybe misleading, but I noticed this is one of the biggest issue with this machine, it even got me the first time. Had to order a replacement. When that came in same issue no power.

> 3 dayThe performance of the laptop will vary depending on what you are coming from, if you already had last year’s model then it might not improve by much. My previous laptop was a mid tier VAIO from 2013 and a much weaker stream laptop so to me this laptop is a beast.

> 3 dayI love using this laptop thats faster, more powerful and more smooth. It wont cause any freezed. It might be a bit hot when youre playing high quality games, it has two powerful fans that exhaust hot air to keep it runs well. It is a bit noisy, but Im sure its really worth it.

> 3 dayThe unit I received was not the same as advertised. Mine only has one M.2 SSD slot, and it came with two 8GB RAM sticks, not one 16GB stick. The only way to expand the memory is to replace one or both of the installed RAM with larger capacity RAM sticks. Same is true of the SSD hard drive, the only way to expand the size is to replace the existing drive with a larger one, or install a SATA SSD with the provided hardware. Problem with replacing it with a larger M.2 is, the license code for Windows 11 is encrypted on the drive, so unless youre tech-savvy, you will need to have it done by a professional.

> 3 dayIf you are in the market for an affordable, yet amazing gaming laptop or just a good laptop in general this is it hands down. My fiancé loves PC games especially League of Legends and he was over the top impressed by how well this ran and the picture quality. When I first unboxed it I thought I received a broken one but after watching videos I then realized the power cord has to click which I feel like is important to know! A lot of people may not know that and think it doesn’t work but it does. Also the keyboard lights up red, but then comes off shortly after which honestly bothered me but if you search on YouTube there is a way to fix that very quick and easy to keep the lights on. This is a very impressive laptop at an amazing price you can’t beat it!
