So I had previously bought the 9th generation and its great. In fact, it works perfectly with the exception of the occasional scrambled youtube or facebook video. So I thought it would have been a good idea to get the same or better for my sister. But when I actually got the laptop, it would not turn on or charge so I had to return this. Then I bought a new one and as luck would have it, its the same situation. I dont think Im buying anymore Acer Nitros any time soon.

Came a little damaged

I buy it refurbished but everything is smooth and I love this computer... To bad its only 8gbs of ram but you can always upgrade

Super happy with this laptop for being used I was quite surprised how impressive it performs.

I saw a bunch of reviews of this laptop before pulling the trigger, so they actually made me quite hesitant, by the end of it I decided because the price was simply unbeatable for an entry-level gamming laptop, and I do not regret the choice.

laptop came in today, went to charge it and the charging light did not come on, tried turning it on and it did not come on. After trying every laptop charging cord in the house and SEVERAL different outlets, it still did not come on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. tried to contact customer services, was told to return it. do not waste your time.
