This beats the heck out of my old laptop that I have for 6 years however the screen is a bit smaller but I will use my hdmi cord to hook it up to my 4k tv so I am all good now

Its amazing!! I love it so much! On this the batter does die a little fast but it does have led keyboard lights and it has 14 cores!! Laptops usually only have like 4-8! It is amazing for the price. It was super easy to set up, and even came with stickers! And a passport. I am so glad i got this one. Definitely would recommend! It came packaged really well thankfully, and with its own little protective case and lining for the keyboard. The Amazon box looked like a dog chewed it.

I just received my helios, I ordered the i79750H 1660ti, 15.6 inch 144hz with a 512 g m.2 ,16g ram rgb option. PH315-52-710B

The fan is not working now, and of course warranty and support expired in June. No computer Ive owned has had a problem like that so soon. Overall Ive been disappointed with this computer. It uses more power than most laptops. I travel and live off-grid most of the time. I attempted to get a 12v charge cord so i wouldnt need to run it through my inverter but wasnt able to find one. So that was my first disappointment.

I was looking at a different laptop and this happened to come up. I debated it for days before pulling the trigger. I couldn’t be happier. This is an amazing laptop. Games look and play so great! My best friend is also jealous that it out performs her gaming rig, so that’s a plus for me lol. Pull the trigger and get it. It does get a bit hot, but with that performance I expect it. Just get a stand with a fan in it. Amazing!!

I read a bunch of solid reviews on this laptop, and watched many YouTube videos on it as well. I was very excited upon receiving this laptop. Obviously this is only my opinion, and Im sure this is a great laptop. But my experience of it was horrible. Keep in mind I did not mistreat it at all, and this all happened on the day I received it.

This has been a really great laptop, no issues with it, it runs top tier games at full graphics quality without a hitch and with other programs running in the background. The one tiny problem I did have was with the printing wearing away on a single key on the keyboard, and I contacted Acer support and asked them to send me a new keyboard and they did! Also in case youve had horror experiences with the battery replacement process on other gaming laptops, I checked before I bought this one and the battery is really easy to replace. The keyboard is designed in a way that I think will keep small particles from getting stuck under them, and the keys are easy to replace if you have the same problem I did with the printing wearing off. Its also really nice to have a keyboard with a full numpad on a laptop.

I have always played real games on Xbox and never really wanted to play on the computer for real games. My husband bought me this and then I installed steam and got eso (elder scrolls online). The loafing screens, graphics, and just over all smoothness. Best laptop for gamers.

The laptop kept crashing and giving blue screens of death from day one right out of the box. Couldnt fix despite doing all necessary updates and troubleshooting. Ended up returning to get a refund because i didnt want to even bother trying to get a new one after that.
