been trying for two weeks to get help for the mouse pad not working and they keep giving me a run-around that their server is down and that I need to call back.

I have always played real games on Xbox and never really wanted to play on the computer for real games. My husband bought me this and then I installed steam and got eso (elder scrolls online). The loafing screens, graphics, and just over all smoothness. Best laptop for gamers.

This is a well built Laptop and looks good, as advertised. Very pleased. No problems setting it up. I would recommend to a friend.

I got this for my fiancee for fathers day as a gift from me and my daughter (his soon to be step daughter) and his daughter (my soon to be step daughter).

I took the best care of my laptop, making sure that it was always secure, never dropped, not even scratched, and I only downloaded software that was from verified corporations such as Steam. After only running this computer for 7 days and over-clocking it when it was tanking on frames, the computer would just freak out and shut down permanently. If you try to turn it back on, it simply just restarts over and over again within a 1-3 second time-frame without giving you any chance at all to change anything or modify it. I can assure you that I didnt leave this laptop on for long periods of time, and at most gamed for 6 hours in one day. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and now I have to get the laptop fixed because it wont even start up anymore. Please if youre looking for a good computer, I beg you not to buy this version. Its horrible and it tanks to run good games like COD B03 Zombies. I suggest buying the $1450 version of this computer, as it has a better graphics card, more RAM, and just overall a better computer. Do not waste your money on this, because I promise you its an extremely mid-tier computer that will tank to run a lot of good games. If youre looking only to run games like L4D2 and other low-graphics games like that, then I can assure you that this computer is for you. Other than that, I highly advise you get an upgrade because itll save you from wasting your money. I hope this helped, and let me know if other buyers have encountered the same issue.

Just amazingly fast with great display. Battery is just ok like many other laptops. Hope next release in 2021 will add couple more hours to the battery life.

I purchased this laptop to be used with iRacing (which is more simulation than game) and it has not disappointed! The graphics are excellent and the cooling fan noise (which others had complained about) has not been an issue. The system has nice cooling metrics and significant control over such things, but even at AUTO setting, I have been very pleased. I have not spent much time with it off AC power, so I cannot speak for the battery life, but it is not rated at a long time at all for modern laptops. Overall, I am very pleased!

FFF (fast, fantastic, fun), looks great visually and physically. Going back I probal would have bought their high end model instead, but still we’ll worth the money as is.
