Greater than one weekThis laptop worked for about a week and then the screen turned black while the keyboard remained lit. Because it had been working for a week, I threw away the packaging. The return policy stated I could return without the original packaging. When I did, the seller only refunded 50% of the cost. Beware of this seller! The return policy is not clearly stated!

> 3 dayAt first sweet screen, great size & easy set up…so I thought, two days later & windows still not loaded. Then when it did computer frozen on a repair screen. Called help desk twice & no luck. Too much work, help desk as for me to mail to them for repairs but brand new. I said no one want refund & they said no refund. Returned to Amazon.

Then afterwards had to fight with it for my zoom meetings just to find out that the camera didnt work. Another trip to the tech shop. Finally,When I thought I had done everything that I could do to fix this computer the touchscreen stopped working. Did you know that the techs charge 300 dollars just to change a screen. Next time I will save myself a headache, money, and go to a OfficeMax or something.

Greater than one weekI love it. Many cool features such as the fingerprint scanner (which I heard was bad but ir works quite well!) The screen was “too dim” but I found it not as bad as people claimed it to be. One thing I disliked is all the bloat ware but it only took me like 10 minutes of pruning around to delete it all… but it’s with everything now a days lol. Anyways good product that I think will serve me very well for my upcoming college year!
