After the initial startup and set up it did nothing but restart or blue screen and shut down. Ive never had an experience like it. I had it for only a few hours and its already boxed up to be returned. Overall I will say everything else else was nice. Seemed fast and the quality was pretty good. I would of loved to actually use it.

Honestly, I wanted to build a rig or a desktop, but I bought this, and I been so happy with it its so sleek and light. When I bought it I had no plans on getting it for playing games but if you get the model I got with amd ryzen 7 you wont regret it the only thing I would change is there was a version for a little more with more v ram but besides that I have a great computer really good programs, windows 10 or 11. best thing i bought myself in years and like I said Im able to play gears of war or the newest video games maybe not all of them but this is a really good laptop for the price

I needed a PC laptop for times when I cant get out to my office and work on my larger desktop for work. Minding a toddler doesnt always lend itself to quite working hours in the office, even a home office. So in came this Acer.

I bought this on Prime Day for use at the kitchen table to read the news and read/write emails during meals. It definitely takes care of that by being easy to use, lightweight, and compact. Like any laptop computer in this price range, you dont want to travel with it a lot. Low-cost computers are never that rugged. But Ive taken it out a few times, and it seems tougher than most in this price range. Its fast and compatible with everything I use. Its a lot of bang for the buck.

This is the worst laptop I have ever owned! And I have had a few through 2 masters degrees and a PHD.

An excellent PC laptop at this price. However, two omissions, one truly frustrating, prevents a top rating. Most aggravating: no hardware indication that CAPS LOCK is on! No indicator light. You find out when your repeated password entry attempts fail! Acer thought that a software-based symbol that flashes on the screen for one second would be sufficient. Not only does that not take into account not noticing in time, or forgetting, but it doesnt even work. It did when I first launched the computer, then never again. Tech support guided me to installing something, which brought it back, not not after the next time I started up. My solution is to keep Note Pad on standby to test the keys before entering anything that is case sensitive. I become angry every time!

Out of the blue and for no apparent reason this miserable little clunker completely shuts down with errors multiple times during the day. Makes me mad is what it does.

Save your money, always having issues. Charger doesnt stay in, audio glitches
