Overall a clean nice looking & performing laptop. Mylast experience with acer was poor this is good!

It’s too expensive for what you get, a small laptop tgat is kind of slow if you run more than a couple programs. It shouldn’t cost $1200, it should be more on $800 price range. Disappointed.

The laptop arrived non-functional. I couldnt figure out the issues for the life of me, but it had an earlier release of Win 11, so I wiped that for Win 10 and once it was all updated it was smooth sailing on Sea of Thieves and nice shots on Rocket League. Ive got Davinci and Reaper installed and they all work excellently too, and the extra NVMe slot was perfect to add some storage for audio/video/games.

This is a great laptop for someone interested in having more computing power in portable device, especially if you dont mind the rather lackluster display that this little guy comes with.

The using experience is terrible. The network card is very bad. Just after three months, the device cannot to the WiFi.I call on Acer to get a support, every time they let me to reset the internet. But It cannot work. Just waste my time. And after do that a coup times, the device shows a blue screen and cannot to open. For the repairing, I need to ship it to Acer. A very terrible experience.

Totally underwhelmed. It arrived with a ding on the top. Not a dealbreaker. It started off ok, and I used it exclusively for 2 weeks for basic tasks like word processing and surfing the web for research. This did ok for the first month or so, then it just started lagging so badly. Its battery life is horrible, so you will ALWAYS have to have it plugged in. And this is just using something very basic like Microsoft Word and a browser window. It’s humming and getting hot and struggling an hour after firing it up.

DC charging port out of the box is BROKEN, makes a crunching/poor connection noise on first connection (must plug in to be able to boot for first time) then shortly failed entirely and cannot charge, meaning Acer has either ZERO Quality Control from the factory OR Amazon/Acer selling trash refurbs they didnt even look at after the first return, a process MANY big corps have been found guilty of and unfortunately both corps here giving that strong impression, wasting my time trying to find some brand loyalty (my first acer). Or did their planned obsolescence just glitch and kick in super early? Lose lose lose for everybody.

I recommend this if you wanna save the time and just get a laptop to game with

El portatil lo compramos para la universidad donde se requier estar viajando , por el tamaño es muy bueno para este fin ya que cabe en un bolso pequeño. En cuento a las herramientas lo usamos con varias aplicaciones de Adobe, como Premier Pro y Photoshop, las aplicaciones corren muy bien, aunque para premier si se penaliza un poco la visual por el tamaño de la pantalla. Para juegos lo hemos probado con Fornite, corre super bien con la wifi 6 y la tarjeta gráfica. Los procesadores AMD si son un poco mas ruidosos que Intel y se calientan más, pero es algo tolerable. En conclusión es muy buena opción y ya lo actualizamos a Windows 11 y sin problemas.
