> 3 dayThese are great for embroidery thread but the hole for attaching to a ring should be on the opposite corner. The way these bags came, I had to take the bag off the ring to open it. WAY TOO MUCH WORK! As you can see from the photo attached, I reinforced the plastic with a sticky label, punched a new hole, and placed all my thread for one project in alphabetical order on one ring. Very handy.

> 3 dayI bought these online when my local JoAnns was out of the bags, but they werent what I was expecting. Ive used embroidery floss bags forever, but all the other ones Ive seen have had two holes, one in each of the bottom corners. These only have one and its through the top, above the zip part. I just find it weird and prefer the two holes since two rings stabilized the bags a lot better. Anyway, bags are the best way to go for organizing floss and these are a good buy so since I have them, I just put holes where I want them and will continue to use them.

> 3 dayThese bags are a wonderful addition to any embroidery kit. They’re small enough to hold a few loose threads and large enough to hold three or four skeins of floss. Pros: Easy to use, convenient place to store thread. Capable of holding more than one skein or bobbin at a time. Holes at the bottom for holding bags together, using the enclosed ring. Cons: The bags can be a little slippery, and the “easy write” surface for numbers often smears over time or in humid environments. The holes in the bottom sometimes allow things to slip through.

> 3 dayI know these are just bags, but they are perfectly sized for holding thread and make it easy to store loose strands without having to worry about them getting lost, or being wasteful and throwing them away. Love them.

> 3 dayThe bags are great for organizing my embroidery thread, but i thought it came with the ring binder shown in the photo. Would be nice if it did. Guess I should have paid more attention, but now I have to find one of those.

> 3 dayMy hobby for over 30 years is counted cross stitching. Using numerous embroidery flosses is called for with most projects. The use of these bags easily organizes all my flosses.

> 3 dayI use these little baggies to store my DMC thread and they work great. They have a nice little shaded in box for you to write what is contained in the bag and Ive had no issues getting my pen to work on it and not smudge but I dont use markers. I have rings that I use to hold all the baggies and they seem to be holding up well to constant use by me and I am not very gentle with batch. The price may be somewhat high but for the convenience of having it delivered to my door, I think it was worth it.

> 3 dayWe have used these bags forever. I was toying with the idea of switching to the bobbins, even bought a starter supply. But after testing the bobbins, I’ve decided to stick with the bags. They keep my thread clean and compact. No loose ends unraveling like the bobbins did. Storage could be an issue, they tend to take up more room than the bobbins might, especially when you have as much thread as I do. But someone else suggested putting them into binders and I’m going to try that and see if it works. They are easy to put on a ring and take with you when you travel with your project. Very happy with this product.

> 3 dayI had a hard time finding Floss-A-Ways in craft/sewing stores, and nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. I was very happy to find them here and at an excellent price. You can write the color number and name on teach bag and zip it closed, so no threads will ever be lost. And it is easy to put all theFloss-A-Ways on a ring to keep everything together for a project. These little bags were good for organizing floss many years ago, and are still a great organizing accessory.
