I did buy Urea 40% which my dr recommended and it seems it is working very well. I am happy with this product. I will buy it again

It is not a usual cream. No smell. It softens skin over time. For problem with skin toughening on feet.

Within a week of using this cream my cracked feet has about 80% improving. I have used my feet creams buying from local stores before and they did not resolve my cracked feet issue. This cream is incredibly effective and silky smooth. I use it twice a day right after bathing. So happy with my purchase and the results I have.

Dont like the scent but for a product that works dont mind the smell at all
