Ive had bad experiences with other urea 40% creams. They have been stiff and sticky. This cream is very smooth and pleasant. Wish there was a little scent but still good!

I bought this product to help soften up a thick toenail. I put in on the nail twice a day with and then cover with a bandage. My nail is now easy to trim and new nail is growing back healthy. I highly recommend this product.
