I love these dream blankets! Even have a large one for myself.

Admittedly, I waited until the blanket went on sale - but by this time our need was great. Baby is now a toddler and needs a better blankie at night that isnt too hot or cold - but still snuggly. All the wonderful fleece blankies did great through the winter, but clearly were too hot late spring/early summer. We tried the regular A+A blankets, but it wasnt heavy enough and Baby would get tangled (and wake up mad). We tried quilts which were cooler, but not really snuggly - instead just kind of lying over the top of Baby. So we finally pulled the trigger on the dream blanket. Its better than we could have imagined. First, the size is perfect for toddler, and we can tell it will last into early childhood. Its big enough that it covers Baby and Daddys lap during story time, but not so big it crowds the crib. The weight is difficult to describe. Its not bulky or heavy, but still heavy enough to drape over Baby in a way that quilted blankets wouldnt. So Baby gets the sense of snuggly security that Baby likes during sleepytime, but not the heat-trapping that fleece provides. Thumbs up from the entire family. [UPDATE] Ok, its more than four years later and my now-kindergartener still uses it. This thing has been well worth the price, and then some. It gets fewer washings because it stays at home (used to be the day-care blankie), but it still holds up. Its showing wear in that it has faded, but nothing is fraying. Im convinced that this must be the same blanket that Linus has toted around for all those Peanuts years - because it is snuggly and holds up.

I bought this blanket from another website for my 2 month old daughter and I loved it so much I decided to buy one for my pregnant cousin. Its gender neutral which I love and its very soft and thick. I lay it on the floor for tummy time and it makes a great emergency burp cloth and washes very well. I snagged it with my toenail walking over it and a thread got pulled up which Im very sad about because I dont think I can fix it and I know it will easily get worse but if you dont snag it with sharp things it is extremely durable to a messy baby. It is bigger than I was thinking it was going to be as well. Its worth every penny and after feeling the silky soft dream blanket I will absolutely be buying one of those when my daughter is older. You will not regret buying this blanket.

Nice and comfy. Great as an extra layer of comfort on top of her mattress. She’ll be able to use it as a blanket when she’s a little older.

I really like the texture of the blanket. Also, it has a slight weight to it. But I wouldn’t consider it heavy for my 18 month old. And the design on both sides is a plus. Overall, I really like the quality.

This is the third dream blanket I purchased, this one was a baptism gift for my goddaughter and she loves it. I have two of these for my girls and bought this as a gift based upon my positive experience with those. I got my first dream blanket as a recommendation from a friend who calls it the magic blanket-so cozy it puts babies to sleep! This is a great blanket for the crib (for toddlers), the car, and for baby to play on. We like to use this in cooler and cold weather, a little too warm for summer. Im hopeful that this will be a keepsake for my goddaughter, it goes great with her nursery decor too!

Weve been big fans of Aden + Anais since our now three year old was a newborn. Weve always found their muslin to be the softest available, with adorable prints. Yes, their stuff can be a bit pricey - but you get what you pay for. With them, its quality. I saw the dream blanket at a retail store in this pattern, which is the same pattern we have on our sons security blankets (hes been sleeping with the Issies since he was a newborn, as theyre breathable). I wanted to get it for him but was a bit turned off by the retail price considering the fact that he already has security items. I jumped online and saw that I could save myself the tax, get free shipping and pay a lower price here on Amazon so I bit the bullet and ordered it. This blanket is amazing. Its thick and incredibly soft - perfect for a stroller blanket or for an older child. Actually, an adult could easily cuddle with it if they were so inclined. My son immediately wrapped it around himself on the couch and was excited that it had the same giraffes as his little blanket. After being washed, the blanket was even softer. It was everything that I wanted it to be and definitely worth every single penny. I wish I wouldve gotten this for him sooner.

Not only do I love this print more in person, but the fabric and quality are amazing. I bought the silky blanket first and it snagged on EVERYTHING. Not this one, it just gets better with each wash. This blanket will easily last his entire childhood. Worth the money!!!

My son would not use any blanket except the Aden & anais regular swaddle. He needed something warmer so I tried this and he loves it too. I initially hesitated at the price but for is it is worth it.
