Definitely recommend. We purchased the magnet locks previously, but never got around to doing the installation. A friend gave us a couple of these locks a few years ago and I realized how much more convenient they are. They do not work for all cabinets as two knobs/handles have to be close together; however, we focused on using them on cabinets where we store more dangerous items (i.e., cleaning products under the kitchen sink, etc). We also have a baby gate that our toddler has figured out how to open - this lock works in a pinch to keep the gate locked.

They work well for our “I” shaped cabinet door pulls. Wish there was a way to attach the slide-on part as I constantly drop the things and it still takes me a minute to line them up to get them attached, even after 2 months. BUT they do what they need to to keep little fingers out!

Baby proofing is no joke. The number of things I’ve had to baby proof has been insane. I didn’t want to get the traditional cabinet latches because I didn’t want to screw things into our cabinets, so this was a nice and easy alternative. It’s easy to put on and take off and it keeps the baby out.

These work just fine and are large enough to fit all of the cabinets we installed them on. The main problem is that these come apart into 2 pieces, so they require 2 free hands to use and are a little tricky to get on in a hurry, compared to the single piece locks that can be taken off with one hand. All in all, they work just fine while they’re on, but you probably won’t want to use them on something you open often, like a pantry while cooking.

We needed a quick solution to our toddler opening all the cabinets. This relatively low-priced set of locks works well. The only downside is that its a bit cumbersome to open up the locks if you need to get in the cabinets frequently (the lock separates into two pieces that you have to remove and hold in your hand and remember to put back on). But if you dont want to use locks that stick or screw into your cabinetry, these leave no damage (or very little noticeable damage) to the wood.

Good value, easy to install to maintain cabinet security. Unfortunately, these did not fit my cabinets with raised trim. The latch would not engage securely behind the door knobs and above trim. Item returned.

They look cheap. Feel a little flimsy, but it works. Seriously! My one year old is always getting into the cabinets and throwing everything out. I wanted something that we didn’t have to drill or use a separate key to open. Found these tried it and love it. My kid tries to open the cabinets and will pull and yank and they still haven’t broke. But I’ve only had them for a week or less. Hope they can tough it out. Very affordable too.

I loved the simplicity of the handle locks, however after 14 months two are cracking making it impossible to use any longer. I expected them to last longer.

These work pretty well and are easy for adults to install/remove while difficult for toddlers. My 17 month old has managed to break 2 of these by repeatedly pulling on the locked doors, but we keep buying new ones because I havent found anything better.

Love these cabinet locks! I have had others but they were more flexible and the kids got into the cabinets. These locks are more secure than some others, how secure, someone put one in the cabinet door wrong with the slider tabs facing the cabinets. Now came the part where I couldnt move the slide because I couldnt pinch the tabs to slide it, I even briefly tried breaking the lock off, then got smart and used pliers to get behind the lock to pinch the tabs together. These locks are really good I couldnt even break one! If you have little kids getting in your cabinets these are great sturdy and easy to use!
