Update 07-29-20: Downgraded to 1 star: I have tried to file a warranty claim, online on the AfterShokz website. My AfterShokz login allows me to register my Aeropex and send a message to AfterShokz, BUT I get a login error message when I try to file a warranty claim. I have NOT gotten ANY response from AfterShokz no Customer Service.

I like that I can use them at work

When no audio is played for 4-5 seconds, it seems to go into a power save mode. I say this because when i try to play audio again there is a click similar to what is heard when power is first applied to a speaker. Then the audio plays but the first part is cut off. I am using these with language learning apps where the audio is often only 1 second long. I have been using a pair of Trex Airs for this purpose for over a year. They sometimes cut off the audio at the beginning but it is rare and I never hear the click. I will keep using the Trex Airs. Item returned unfortunately. The Aeropex is lighter and more comfortable than the Airs.

Ive meant to comment on these for quite a long time, and just realized that Ive been using them now virtually every single day for two years! Discovering the bone conduction technology was really transformative for me, as I hike, walk or do yard work outdoors frequently and want to be able to hear the sounds of nature and/or traffic as applicable. Also if you have acoustic hearing loss or damage you may find that you can actually hear better across the frequency range than with conventional earbuds/phones.

I really enjoy these head phones. The 8 hour time is pretty exact. Upon first use it tickles a bit but you get used to it.
