I love these and wear them all the time, even to do the dishes while my family is being loud in the other room. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wish that they had a small size for the loop that wraps around the back of the neck. It would be nice if it fit more snug.

My coworker recommended these after he had personally purchased at least four of them for his family. I read many reviews and decided to take the plunge and purchase them while thinking I could return them if I was not happy. Well, I have had them for over two weeks and cannot believe I had heard about them before now. I could have been using them almost the entire year of working from home! That is my only regret. I should have bought them earlier! I am a very loud talker because 1. I just am and 2. I believed that the person I was talking to could not hear me because I could not hear them. After getting these I have found myself talking in a normal tone because I can hear the other person clearly. I love these and highly recommend them! Be sure and register them in case you need to utilize the great warranty.

Purchased the headset as a birthday gift for my husband.

I had a pair of Aeroflex headphones go bad. They shipped me a new pair that was defective. Reported the issue and was told I had to return the pair i just received before they would ship another one. Why? Because their engineers had to find out what was wrong with the defective pair. As a consumer that makes no sense not to mention that again as a consumer, I do not care about their internal process especially when it leads to me not having a headset for more than 2 weeks. I was assured a manager/supervisor would call, never happened. But they said someone did call. That is a lie. So I am now looking for a different headset and still waiting for the replacement of the defective one they shipped. Disappointing to say the least and worse because of the lying and insistence by the customer service staff on a rule that is losing them a customer. Not a customer for a $29 dollar model but for their top of the line model. WAKE UP AFTERSHOKZ. I will never recommend your product and never buy from you again. You could have fixed this but your customer service staff is not empowered and not interested in helping the customer. Aside from that, to have a 10 + day turn around for this product is beyond belief they are available in every Best Buy. Good Bye aftershocks. I hope you fix this or you will likely go out of business.

I love the product. Purchased in July and went bad August 9th, one week past Amazon return date. I will follow up with Aftershokz directly.

I searched for many reviews about volume and what to expect from bone conduction headphones. Following is a test I did myself. Volume levels are listed as rainstorm levels, as I did a test while a storm was passing.

I always need very demanding with headphones, because never met my expectations. This ones, were gone beyond. Good sound quality, lights, easy to control it, not bothering you ear, you can hear your surroundings while you are doing work out.

The Aftershockz are a decent pair of headphones ... they are comfortable ... the sound quality is decent ... not the best bass ... volume level is good ... the paperwork that comes with them states the battery life is 8 continuous hours ... they have never lasted that long ... the max Ive gotten is 5-6 hr ... thats pretty good but I chose to purchase these because of the battery life ... These are a little expensive for the sound quality and battery life ... if these were cheaper I would highly recommend them but at the current price I would suggest looking around for other options
