Works great for phone calls. I work in a noisy construction environment and most of the time there is no issue hearing the other party. At times I have to walk away to a quieter area to hear. Nobody complains about hearing me though. When the volume is turned up real high you get a weird bouncing feeling behind the ear. I really, really, really like that nothing goes into your ear to use these. Battery life has been excellent also. I wear 8 hours every day and charge about once a week. I’ll make and take about 10 - 30 calls a day.

The headset is getting 5 stars but with a complaint that should matter to anyone buying these. only worn out in the rain twice and the mic is now absolutely shot, used for 3 days over the year mark of purchasing these and I can no longer make calls on them at all as using it twice in the rain destroyed the mics on these headphones, if your head is slightly larger than average they will not sit correctly on your head and you will not be able to use them as intended with earplugs, I absolutely love these and will likely buy them again but its sad to see that the product barely lasted a year, the rubber grips on the pieces that sit near your ears falls off about 7 months into use still cant figure out a good way to put them back on

They do not work at all. I was told i needed to follow a claim and sent a link that shows me a blank page. Very very disappointed ! Ive bought many headphones in my lifetime and never once have a bought a pair that dont even turn on. What a waste! Especially paying over $150 for them.

I have tiny (tiny) ear canals and have never been able to keep earbuds in my ears, so my only other option was headphones, but I cant use them at work and found them cumbersome and uncomfortable to wear. (Which just meant I almost never used headphones of any kind.) Then I got these and my whole world has opened up; I get to listen to music etc. while out and about, or puttering around the house. Theyre comfortable, stay put, sound good, and are easy to use.

This is my third pair. I lost one and needed to replace.

I have not found a dislike for these headphones yet. They are comfortable to wear and they sound good. Even though they do not block out sound because of how it plays the music you can still hear it even when there is other noise.

If you need something to listen to background music or a podcast, while still being able to hear whats going on around you, this headset does a great job. I wear it around the house, when cycling, and when listening to podcasts in bed at night (it wont accidentally strangle me if I fall asleep with it on).
