Greater than one weekCompatible with IOS and androids devices, these headphones are easy to use, easy to connect and last for a very long time. I’ve been using them for about a week and have yet to have to charge the charging case. Although I do prefer the earbuds with a wrap around my ear because I am not careful and usually these kind like to pop out of my ear, but I haven’t had that issue with these. They fit kind of snug. Only complaint is that I have no idea what’s going on around me when I have them in. Haha

Problem handling

- Connected but no sound : Click the right earbuds to increase the volume or adjust via the connected device.
- Can’t be charging : Please use alcohol to clean the charging contacts of the charging case and the earbuds.
How to reset X15 earbuds
- Delete the Bluetooth pairing information on the phone.
- Take the earbuds into the charging case to charge
- Take out the earbuds and wait for 20 seconds.
