The sound quality is good but it might not catch my voice very well when I talk on the phone. I like the LED screen on the case to tell me what percentage of battery is left. Overall, I would recommend this bluetooth earbuds!

Problem handling
- Can’t be connected : Reset the earbuds.
- Connected but no sound : Click the right earbuds to increase the volume or adjust via the connected device.
- Can’t be charging : Please use alcohol to clean the charging contacts of the charging case and the earbuds.
How to reset X15 earbuds
- Delete the Bluetooth pairing information on the phone.
- Take the earbuds into the charging case to charge
- Take out the earbuds and wait for 20 seconds.
