> 3 dayMuslin varies wildly in quality, so I was fearful to order online. But this is really nice, thick fabric, and Im glad I took a chance on it. Much thicker and more densely woven than I have been buying locally. Before washing, the finish is very smooth. Some reviewers complained that it does not come on a bolt, but that does not bother me at all. I always prewash my fabrics before sewing. Once washed and dried, the smooth finish was gone, of course. It came out pretty wrinkled, but irons up okay. It looks more rustic after washing, not as smooth as it was before. There was no noticeable shrinkage. Overall, I am very pleased. Will order again. No more waiting to get fabric cut at the store!

> 3 dayI love this fabric. Using to make muslin. Washed. Dried. Took awhile to iron out most of the wrinkles, but it was easy as I folded the width in half to 30 and folded it as I progressed. Good medium weight fabric for muslin though Im sure it has other uses.

Greater than one weekI used this fabric for draping and it was a little harder to work with. I would try to wash it before hand and see if that helps with how stiff it can get when ironed. Because of this stiffness it’s important to note the fabric was a bit harder to drape, but nothing unmanageable. It also was a bit of a struggle to block this fabric. I am a beginner so maybe it took me longer than most, but I blocked other fabric for my sample faster and easier than this muslin. Overall I would say it was great quantity and not bad quality for the price. The stiffness is the only thing that kept me from reviewing 5 stars. Again, perhaps if I would have washed it before hand it would have relaxed the fabric and made it easier to work with.

Greater than one weekIve bought the unbleached muslin many times. I needed a heavier fabric. Medium Weight should have been heavier than the plain unbleached. It is lighter. Wach out for surprises. Ill use it for something else because other than being Lightweight it is fine.

Greater than one weekI love this muslin. It would be a bit easier to cut what I need if it were folded in half lengthwise and wound on a bolt as pictured in the item description. Instead its the full width just wound in a bolt-shape and folded in half for shipping, making it cumbersome to just cut a yard or half yard because its so wide. Other than that, the weight and quality of the fabric is good. Its not flimsy, nor is it too heavy. Its actually ideal for my purposes, which is to hand paint the fabric with my own designs. I also noticed that there is little-to-no shrinkage, which it delighted me to learn. If I live long enough to use up this purchase, I will be buying more from this seller. Its a good deal!

> 3 dayMy daughter makes all of her own clothes, and fabric is expensive. This muslin is cheap enough to make mock ups so you dont screw the pooch with your expensive stuff. One bolt was huge. Great purchase for us.
