The fabric itself came folded in a plastic bag, not on the bolt. Received 9 yards, not 10. Not light weight muslin. More like a heavy weight. The clawing smell of urine was so intense I needed to wash the whole thing twice to get rid of the smell. The first wash through, only added vinegar to the water, which is how I normally wash new fabric to remove the preservatives before working with it. There was a layer of yellow foam around the basin on my washing machine. Had to wash it a second time, but with All Free and Clear to get rid of the foam residue and the remnants of urine smell. Very strange.....

I bought this for the backing to my hand made quilt. I couldnt use it as it was very heavy, thick and difficult to get my stitches through the layers. I ended up not using it at all. Im sure Ill find another use for it, but this did not meet my expectations for my intended purpose.

I love that you can purchase 10 yards. I was able to make 8 quilts. My quilts are large 40x40 fabric is easy to sew

I love this muslin. It would be a bit easier to cut what I need if it were folded in half lengthwise and wound on a bolt as pictured in the item description. Instead its the full width just wound in a bolt-shape and folded in half for shipping, making it cumbersome to just cut a yard or half yard because its so wide. Other than that, the weight and quality of the fabric is good. Its not flimsy, nor is it too heavy. Its actually ideal for my purposes, which is to hand paint the fabric with my own designs. I also noticed that there is little-to-no shrinkage, which it delighted me to learn. If I live long enough to use up this purchase, I will be buying more from this seller. Its a good deal!

I got this because it was supposed to be very wide. Its not, though. The fabric I received measured 46 inches wide. Its a pain but wouldnt have been the end of the world if the seller would repair their error. But the seller asked me to print a label, repackage it, drop it off and have it mailed back before they would reimburse me and/or send me the actual product that I ordered. Which is a pain in the behind.. So Im not going to bother.

Hi, it’s me, one of those ppl who wants to make/sew everything but gets overwhelmed & does nothing. This purchase was my first step into getting myself into sewing motion so I’m proud of that… right? And it’s a lot of fabric so there’s so much you can do with it. I haven’t used it yet but it’s on my “do to” shelf looking so do-able. 5 stars~~!

I have purchased this twice now in the 10 yard pieces. Great value. This 2nd bolt I just got was a little different even though it was supposed to be the same weight. It looked more like Osnaburg but once I did a prewash with it, it softened up. Im using this for dolls and I like the way it feels much better after washing and drying. It does wrinkle some but if you pull out of the dryer a little damp and run a hot iron over it, that issue is gone. It does better pressing damp than using the steam setting on the iron. Very nice to work with once washed. Shipping was fantastic. If you are a crafter making items, I highly recommend this fabric.
