> 24 hourPhenomenal cooling capacity; the temperature never exceeds 40 F. My only complaint is that my micro-hdmi cable cannot completely fit into the port through the hole made for it in the case, because of the thickness of the metal, causing the port to be inset too far. I tried to shave 1 mm of insulation around the plug but ended up skinning off the ground layer, causing the video to drop for a few seconds every time the cord is moved or jiggled. Eventually, I had success using a micro hdmi to hdmi adapter, and then running an hdmi-hdmi cable from that. This cable, the Pearstone Standard Series HDMI to Micro HDMI Cable - 6, works so long as you dont touch the case with your hands, since it seems that the metal from the ground of the cable makes contact with the case, causing the video/audio to drop for a few seconds when touched: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008OWFK8S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 But, even this cord has a tendency to come out, just a little, losing contact. What the manufacture of the case clearly needs to do is to plane the side of the case that has the micro-HDMI port by about a millimeter, or maybe half a millimeter. Also, be careful; the corners of the case are really sharp and could scrape a table or display screen.

> 24 hourI really like the case. Its very nicely made. I really wish it would keep my overclocked Pi 4 cool, but it doesnt, hence the 4 stars. If you dont overclock or stress your Pi 4 like I do, this is the nicest looking passive cooling Pi 4 case.

> 24 hourSomewhat difficult to get the heat sinks mounted lined up. Solid aluminum - very sturdy Corners are sharp

> 24 hourThe space for GPIO HAT cables is too narrow (pin broblem), which causes the heat surface not fully attached the heatsink. If the height of the case is higher, there would be no problem. Too bad for HAT users.

> 24 hourThis solid chunk of aluminum is, to the best of my knowledge, by far the best passive cooling solution for the Raspberry Pi 4. Beats my Flirc case by > 10 degrees C!! Ive looked at probably a dozen passive cooling solutions for the Pi 4, and purchased 2 (this and the Flirc). Another thing I appreciated is the precision production - all parts fit perfectly. And all screws are the same, making assembly very easy. The only down side, like others have said, is that micro HDMI cables dont reach in far enough since the Pi connectors dont sit flush with the inside of the case. I had to trim the molding on my micro HDMI cable by maybe 1 mm, and then it worked just fine. Another potential downside is that its a bit pricey. But best in class for sure. Not exactly mass produced, so one would expect it to be a little pricey yet.

> 24 hourPie never worked well in this case. Read reviews and thought no big deal i will drill out bigger holes where cables come out and it will work fine. I was wrong. Drilled 1/2 out of where cables go. It only works sporadically like something is shorting out despite drilling one half inch around ports. It looks like hell. Doesnt work. Try any other case, hundreds of others work better.

> 24 hourBeau et fonctionne très bien température inférieure à 46°C avec une température dans la pièce autour de 21°C avec Jeedom sur le RPI4 et surtout sans bruit. Facile à monter en suivant les quelques étapes du document fourni je recommande.

> 24 hourThis case is great! It does everything its supposed to do: fitment is good, looks unique, protects the board well and seems to have great thermals as advertised. On/off button works great with the addition of a single line of code in the config. Recommend for a silent but cool running setup!

> 24 hourThis case is well machined and provides great thermals through its passive cooling. The IO lines up perfectly and the steps in the instructions were simple enough to follow. Its all fits together nice and snug. My only complaints are that the case doesnt come with any non-slip rubber feet, so I had to stick my own on, and there isnt any included power button. Overall, love the design, feels very smooth and premium, keeps the Pi cool!

> 24 hourTLDR: The Good: This case is excellent for cooling the Raspberry Pi 4. Can overclock and the Gem Pro case keeps the Pi4 at 47C. The Bad: No feet. The connectors are really recessed; changes to cables may be necessary. Note: I highly recommend using a high quality thermal paste for the best results. Stress Test: I installed Raspberry Pi OS, then Stressberry. I ran it on stock speeds, then I overclocked it to 2000MHz for the CPU, and 600MHz for the GPU. (Voltage was increased as well.) For the first tests, I used the thermal pads and white thermal paste. (I think I put too much paste on the first time.) Then I replaced the white paste with Noctua NT-H1 thermal paste. Finally, I replaced the thermal pads with thermal paste. The room was at 23.3 C (74 F). All three tests took 10 minutes each, and both CPU and GPU were overclocked. Test 1 : Max 53C (too much white thermal paste, bad heat dissipation) Test 2 : Max 50C (Noctua on one side. CPU thermal pads slightly damage. Much better, but can get cooler) Test 3 : Max 47C (Replaced thermal pads with Noctua.) With this case, I feel confident in overclocking without damaging the Pi4. Because its silent, Ill be replacing my cases with fans with this one. The Bad 1. There are no feet provided to prevent the case from scratching surfaces. 2. Cables may need to be modified to fully connect. Between the thickness of the aluminum, and how recessed the connectors are, cables may need to be trimmed. While every other cable worked, the HDMI adapter cable wouldnt connect. Trimming a sliver of plastic from the connector allowed the cable to connect. Not taking away any stars as this could be an issue with the cables I bought.
