This suitcase was too thin to be durable enough for international use.

I loved the look of these but after one trip on an airline, the checked back is so scratched up that it looks awful. Terribly disappointed at how easily the scratches show and of course the warranty doesn’t cover that.

Looks great and worked nicely. Already took a trip to the Caribbean.

A little thinner than what I expected but they have lots of room!

I was amazed at how much they held. I was planning a 2 week trip and thought I would be using the large and medium suitcases but just needed the medium and small, and still had plenty of room left over. I did not have to even expand them--even after all the souvenirs I bought! After my first trip they did come back with some marks on them (airplane handlers are pretty rough on luggage), but I was able to use a little cleaner on them and they looked just like new. The best part is, I know my luggage as soon as it hits the baggage carousel.

These luggage cases are relatively light and strong. I have used all three on domestic and international travel. They hold up well, but the outside surface is easily scratched during airport luggage handling.

This was heavy when arrived, lots of plastic wrap to remove, and then, after moving the two smaller pieces upstairs, realized the biggest suitcase handle that you pull out to drag suitcase was defective and would not extend. Now I have to pack it all up to return, what a pain in the butt, do they not even verify luggage works before sending?

Only used on a few trips and never full, went to lift it and handle snapped from one side....

Within a few trips, the rubber on the carryon bag wheels came off. It is now harder to push. Their warranty requires it to be sent back to Germany. This is inconvenient and impractical for the customer.
