Love it. Cant wait to go on my next flight withit.

The bags hold well and roll well. They scuff right away during air travel as might be expected. I would consider a textured surface next time.

bought this set for my wife, they look great until you travel somewhere once and the baggage handlers crush it and make it look cheap and crappy....this product was an ok purchase for the money but I will look for a better more durable product next time.

This was heavy when arrived, lots of plastic wrap to remove, and then, after moving the two smaller pieces upstairs, realized the biggest suitcase handle that you pull out to drag suitcase was defective and would not extend. Now I have to pack it all up to return, what a pain in the butt, do they not even verify luggage works before sending?

En el tercer uso de estas maletas ,se rompio la asa ,agarradera o manija de la maleta mediana .Esta sujeta todo en plastico que no tiene resistencia . Deberian sujetar las asas ,agarraderas o manija con metal pero el sistema que tiene no sirve No estoy nada contenta con el producto

Just took a trip and love this luggage. The airline did do a job on bags with some scratches and black marks but I scrubbed the marks with a cleaning product which took most of the marks off. They all fit inside each other for easy storage. Hoping this is the last luggage we will ever have to buy.

It seems that the protective plastic wrap on my carry on was put on before the external components were assembled. Cant get the plastic from under the trim, handle and bumpers.
