Changing over the house to LEDs Amazons band is perfect does the job and cost less.

I bought these to place into some lamps we received as a gift. Im very happy with the soft light these give off, so much so that the lamps are now my go-to light source for the rooms in which weve placed them. The bulbs are bright enough to allow us to read, but not so bright that you cannot relax before bed. Have only had them for a short while, so I cant offer an opinion as to their longevity.

These bulbs are bright, but the light is harsher/whiter than what I was looking for. Nothing wrong with that, if thats what youre looking for...

My kitchen and family room overhead fan lights made both rooms so dark that you almost had to have every single light in those rooms onto see anything. I purchase these bulbs and it is like night to day. It is amazing. I liked them so much that I purchased another box of them so that I could put in my walk inj closet and both bathrooms. Not sure how long they will last but my husband and I both really like being able to see what we are looking for.

These bulbs are suppose to have 10000 hours to them. Yet after just a few months time and them not being in fixtures that are on full time, they are beginning to burn out. They are not as proclaimed in lasting long. They are bright and I believe my electric bill has been lower using them than regular bulbs but I am not at all happy with their longevity.
