> 24 hourI ordered this birdcage for our cockatiel, and it’s been a good cage so far. Furthermore, it’s a very good size cage for a cockatiel or two, or a few parakeets. Assembly is very straightforward. Unboxing and putting the cage together took me a total of about 40 minutes. But I wasn’t in any hurry, so you could probably put it together a bit faster if that is something that’s important to you. I just wanted to be sure I assembled it right the first time. Quality-wise this cage is quite good. It’s not flimsily made or wobbly. It is plenty sturdy. Furthermore, it is a pretty nice-looking cage too. It doesn’t look like a cheap piece of junk. If you have any questions about this Amazon Basics bird cage, please feel free to ask, and Ill try my best to answer. I hope you found this review helpful.

> 24 hourThis was one of the easiest bird cages I’ve ever put together. For the most part all the pieces are connected already and it took a whole maybe 5 minutes to build. The quality seems really good - I don’t see any potential hazards for my bird like sharp edges and it’s sturdy. Definitely a good bird cage for the price and the cage size is good for smaller sized birds.

> 24 hourNice bird cage. A bit tough to put together and fit but once completed it is nice. Sturdy and rolls . Has a shelf for storage as well. Nice room inside. Big upgrade from the previous cage

> 24 hourIt’s a large cage and a good value. It’s not hard to build, you just need to unfold it and align it into place. I did however have a little trouble getting the top to fit into the bottom stand. The metal just didn’t line up properly so I had to shift the base around and push down to warp it into place. Do not use a mallet if you encounter the same issue, just keep shifting the walls and apply more pressure. Once built it seems very sturdy. My only other complaint is that the door was warped so it does not sit flush against the cage. There is about a half inch opening that I was able to put my fingers through. It’s not an issue for me but can be if you have birds that are active and might try to wedge through. Overall, my two parakeets love this cage. It’s also large enough for bigger birds such as small parrots.

> 24 hourThis is a very nice cage than can accommodate any bird up to the size of a small parrot. It is very easy for two people to assemble although one person can do the job. It has easy access to the food and water containers and comes with two perches. The waste tray pulls out smoothly and is easy to clean. The cage is sturdy and will probably last a lifetime. Great cage for the money.

> 24 hourThis bird cage is sturdy, easy to assemble and large enough for a couple of birds, several of the small ones or one or two of the slightly larger ones. It has plenty of space. Its easy to open and close the door. And overall is a good quality bird cage.

> 24 hourThis cage is great! It is sturdy and spacious for tiny birds. It rolls easily and assembly was not too difficult. I do not suggest you use this for parrots. They need more space. BUT, for tiny birds like canaries or finch birds, it is PERFECT! I didn’t know Amazon Basics had large pet products like this, but I’m glad I got to check them out. I was very pleasantly surprised. You can buy large cage coverings and since this cage is a pretty standard size, they fit without a problem. There is plenty of space for small birds to stretch their wings, have small nests, use enrichment toys, and have a decently-sized water bowl. All in all, this is a high quality product and I really recommend it!!!

> 24 hourThe bar spacing is similar to my cockatiels cage which has a 5/8-inch wire spacing. Setting up the cage was easy as the instructions were simple to follow. There was powder on the metal(you can wipe it off) but I could not find where it was coming from. One of the door for the cups was bent but with great force could go back to normal. I doubt my cockatiels can open the main door. A decent and solid cage for my birds. I will update if the cage ever starts to rust.
