> 3 dayPros: Really quiet. Get a nice little breeze from it. Remote. Cons: feels pretty light i hope it holds up. The power button is the same as the speed button. So when going through the speeds it will turn off. then when it comes back on the default is exhaust at full speed. So then you need to change that which turns the fan off again so it reverses the motors,in my opinion seems that will shorten the life span

> 3 dayNo bells and whistles, and none needed. This is a workhorse fan at an excellent price. We bought two for kitchen windows and, with advent of coronavirus and smoking neighbors, set them to blow air out. They have been working all day every day for months, now in high temperatures, with no issues. The noise level (again, given the neighbors) is manageable. Our only complaint, as with all fans, is that the blades get dirty and theyll have to be cleaned at the end of the season. For now, theyre champs.

> 3 dayThis fan is very easy to use, relatively quiet, fit in my bedroom window perfectly, and comes with a remote. Even though this is Amazon Basics brand, I have a feeling it’s actually made by Black and Decker cause the remote controls my Black and Decker stand up fan too. It really does help cool my bedroom a good 4 to 5 degrees more than the rest of the house by pulling the cooler air inside from outside.

> 3 dayThe digital thermostat is a joke. The other night inside was around 78 and outside near 60. I put the thermostat to 65 and went to bed. Hoping once the room temp. Reaches 65 the fan will turn off and room wont get too cold. To my surprise the fan stopped in less than a minute since it was pulling less than 65 ! One of the pull out adjusting shutters was stock out of the box. And the other one doesnt stay open and keeps pulling back in.

> 3 dayThis is a good solid fan. Doesn’t make much noise. Push’s air in or out with 3 different speeds. No issues so far.

> 3 dayEasy to install, good as a basement exhaust fan to keep air fresh. Note- this fan is reversible for intake and exhaust.

> 3 dayThe fan blades themselves could be larger. They made the openings look big, but in the picture you can see they should be bigger. Id like more airflow and the bigger blades would help. That or higher RPM for the blades or more of a twist to the blades to push more air. Weve only used it one night so far. Otherwise, the build is reasonable, its light, the pull-out extensions are nice compared to the old clip-on style. It has a manual thermostat, and it works. Id actually prefer it without the thermostat so there would be fewer things that could fail. This is why I purchased a Non-Digital version, we had the electronics to haywire on another brand.
