> 3 dayThe construction of the controls is flimsy and one of the motors quickly died

> 3 dayThe digital thermostat is a joke. The other night inside was around 78 and outside near 60. I put the thermostat to 65 and went to bed. Hoping once the room temp. Reaches 65 the fan will turn off and room wont get too cold. To my surprise the fan stopped in less than a minute since it was pulling less than 65 ! One of the pull out adjusting shutters was stock out of the box. And the other one doesnt stay open and keeps pulling back in.

> 3 dayIt works, it blows and sucks air. Be nice if the power cord was a little longer

> 3 dayI love Amazon Basic products. Ive never had a problem with them. This fan is great. It works better than a portable AC honestly. I know because I recently bought one.

> 3 dayThe fan blades themselves could be larger. They made the openings look big, but in the picture you can see they should be bigger. Id like more airflow and the bigger blades would help. That or higher RPM for the blades or more of a twist to the blades to push more air. Weve only used it one night so far. Otherwise, the build is reasonable, its light, the pull-out extensions are nice compared to the old clip-on style. It has a manual thermostat, and it works. Id actually prefer it without the thermostat so there would be fewer things that could fail. This is why I purchased a Non-Digital version, we had the electronics to haywire on another brand.

> 3 dayNot only is this thing obviously put together as inexpensively as possible, but the print on it is so cheap you can rub it right off!. The accordion style sides never stay as you place and adjust them. Basically, this is the worst possible fan you could buy, but since it is an Amazon Basic product, you should expect that. I dont know why it wants me to rate a Remote Control either, as there isnt one. This fan has 3 settings, and in a month you wont be able to read what they are.

Greater than one weekThe siding of the fan is not sturdy

> 3 dayThe accordion sides dont extend out fully and bend at an angle, so they dont fit the window like I measured. The fan itself is lightweight but cheap plastic. Incredibly cheap all around. For the price and reviews I thought I was getting a good deal.
