Does not work with my kindle. When I plugged it in it did not charge at all. Light comes on that shows it is charging but after almost 2 hrs the kindle still had only 15% charge which is what it started with.

I was afraid it would not be similar to the product that came with my Kindle, but in fact it was the exact same item of course just not the one I lost. I am very happy with the product.

This was a good buy. My Mom had lost her charger for her kindle and a replacement was expensive. buying this one gave her good service at a good price

Less than a year after purchasing my second Kindle and twice replacing the charging cable because the outer casing deteriorated immediately, flaking away, I am debating whether to again spend the +$20 cost of another replacement cable or just applying the loss to the purchase of an iPad. Spend more then $70 to replace Kindle defective cables within one year? What would you do?

I ordered this on August 5 and today (Nov. 23), I looked at it and the white plastic covering the wires is coming off in chunks. Terrible! I had to throw it away not 4 months after I bought it. Cheap! Dont buy this!

Electricity flows through it. It has an external color. I havent lost it in a hotel room yet.

I was amazed at how quickly I received my kindle power adapter. I used it as soon as it arrived. It was in excellent condition. I recommend this item to anyone who needs it.

Was dissappointed that it had to come from China, but it works just fine. Got it faster from China than I would have the USA.

The power cord is nice, however I just bought the Kindle in Dec, and had to replace it 6 months later. For such an expensive item the cord should last longer.
