> 3 dayI bought to use with 2 POE cameras and this worked out of the box, just plugged the cables and the cameras was turned on. I will buy more cameras and see how it goes. I like the indicator led that shows what port is using POE and what port is using just LAN. If you are looking for a not so expensive POE switch, this is a great choice.

> 3 dayThis is a great unmanaged switch with eight POE ports, and the first port is a POE+, aka 802.3at port. POE+ is a fairly recent addition to the switching landscape, and can provide a LOT of power. A normal 802.3af port can provide up to 15 watts, whereas 802.3at can provide twice that. Some manufacturers make a switch that both provides POE and is powered BY POE. These take the 30 watts from the 802.3at port, use about 5 watts to power the switch, and then can power 1-2 other POE devices, like phones or an access point. So this switch really provides a lot of future-proofing. I use TP Link switches all over, both smaller non-POE switches, switches with some ports being POE, and now this switch with one beefy POE+ port and regular POE on the rest. It has a hard metal case, screws for wall mounting, and I highly recommend this switch!

> 3 dayAmazing for my 7 Amcrest cameras running on Blue Iris. Solid, hefty build quality, love it. Only wish there were holes for wall mounting.

Greater than one weekUsing with Amcrest UltraHD 4K (8MP) Outdoor Security POE IP Camera and works great so far. The camera took a bit to set up but the switch is plug and play. Seems like quality built hardware.

> 3 dayReceived this switch to power 5 amcrest cameras I have. It works well and do not notice any issues with speed or power. Only complaint I have is that it will not power my POE TP-Link access point that my old POE switch would, but it works great on the cameras.

Greater than one weekThis 8-Port Amcrest POE has performed so well, that I have purchased a second one. Plug and play that works without any extra steps. Plug in LAN, power up, and go.
