If youre upgrading from an old AMD CPU, you will not regret this behemoth. Experienced overclock users can save a considerable amount by buying this CPU and skipping the 2700X. If youre not experienced with overclocking, this CPU will not automate any overclock settings for you.

Solid performance for the price

Having owned both this and the X model I can say the X model is worth the extra $$$ right now. My actual performance between these two processors was much different than advertised. The base all core clock on my 2700 defaulted to 3.4 -3.5ghz. The default base on my 2700x is just under 4.1 ghz. Max boost on the 2700 was 4.1ghz and the 2700x will boost to 4.4ghz.

Je passe du i3 6100 2c/4t a ryzen 7 2700 8c/16t...non oc déjà cest de la bombe ,aucun lag il encaisse sans broncher ,par contre jai mis mon dark rock slim que javais sur le i3 car le ventirad dorigine est sympa mais le bruit beaucoup moins ! Il siffle par moment...je lai sorti direct !

CPU is awesome, really quick for the price. Easy enough to install. Cooler is good, 30 degrees temperature at idle. Havent OC yet but probably will with a good cooler. I was hopeful about getting the Division 2 at first then I read some of the reviews...but to my surprise a few days after verifying it I got an email from AMD Rewards saying I could claim it from Uplay...and I am downloading it now! Super chuffed
