11-04-2025The best part about this tier is that the stock cooler has clip-on attachment instead of those spring-pressured screws that make you feel like you are crushing your CPU and MB. No more fear when replacing the thermal paste!

> 3 dayI struggled for some time trying to decide on an Intel build or an AMD but I will definitely say I am more than happy with this CPU. This thing is a beast running current triple a games at full detail and only using around 20% of this 8 core chip. Im planning on trying virtualization with it to get the most out of it. Most games only need 2-4 cores.

> 3 dayAfter running my AMD fx system for some years now, it was time for an upgrade and for the price, you cant really beat it. This is also probably the first CPU that came with an acceptable cooler in my opinion.

> 3 dayAmd has really done something special with the ryzen series. It keeps up and runs very nicely. And the price is perfect for so much power. I use it for gaming and hasnt dissapointed me. Stock wraith cooler is nice quiet and has the rgb color.

> 3 dayalthough this CPU was powerful at the time of its release in 2018. I just dont get it why would spend 450$ on a CPU that original MSRP was 289$? while you can buy a Ryzen 5600x for 289$.
