AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler - YD270XBGAFBOX

When I received my product, it was in a box of packing peanuts, not even the originally packaging. No fan, no thermal paste, just the CPU packed in its own styrofoam and shoved in the box like this. I was going to finish building my computer today, but instead I now have to wait for thermal paste...

Though I havent been using it long, so far its been doing well. I have nothing bad to say about it, but I havent used it for gaming yet.

I decided to go with this Processor over an intel 8700k due to price and you know what, I have no regrets. The 2700X comes with its own cooler which helps bring down the cost of my build and couple with a MSI Tomahawk MOBO its been great.

Purchased on sale. Absolutely the best money Ive spent on a processor in long, long time. Sorry Intel, youve priced yourself into corporate stupidity

Decided to go with the 2700x after slot of careful thinking. I think its the best value for your money when it comes to its 8 cores and 16 threads. Easy install into a MSI x470 Gaming Plus motherboard and booted up first time no issue. I was also trying to future proof my build and right now for the money Ryzen is the way to go and the extra cores will help with my furure streaming plans and multitasking for years to come. The included Wraith cooler is very nice as well allowing for easy overclocking and great cooling. The fan is very quiet and the rbg is fully addressable in three different zones, the ring, the logo and the fan blade. You can manage your rgb light on the Wraith cooler with a Coolmaster Wraith Prism software that works great

So its been over a year since I purchased this CPU. I have absolutely 0 Cons for it. It held up for this long and still going strong!
