AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler

I got suckered in by the hype on this and bought it. Its okay, does all right in games but it gets absolutely massacred by my friends 9700k. It looked pretty promising in reviews at the time but unfortunately that didnt translate over to many of the games I actually play, and its disappointing in MMOs and games that dont utilize multithreading well. People say ryzen is better value but its honestly not, Intels motherboards are much cheaper and this thing falls behind the 9700k at the same price point by like 20-30%. I regret buying it, as its a painful lesson that hype isnt everything.

Great processor, runs hot so be sure to get good CPU cooler like the Noctuia

It is a massive upgrade to anything ive ever had and i dont see myself updating for a while

I recieved an open box with a previous generation chip. A friend of mine runs this chip and has had no problems with it.

Great price, easy install, and a great CPU for now. It’s fast and the whole system is very quiet. That hard click to secure it was a little unnerving, but it gives tge certainty that its fixed/locked.

Processor is good but the seller didnt gave me the coupon which is provided to claim Assassin Creed Valhalla.

tutto bene fino a che non ha cominciato a dare problemi sulle temperature ,che salivano di botto e spegneva il pc , adesso non riesco nemmeno ad accendere più il pc che si spegne subito dopo , il tecnico ha confermato il processore è difettoso ,

I was debating between this or the one step up 16 cores but this 8 core is plenty it has no issues keeping up on any of the games I have thrown at it. AMD to me is one step ahead of Intel in the thing that matters most. Speed VS Money. Value on this thing blows away any Intel Chip I could have got at the same price point. I also decided to go AMD all the way. Processor, GPU, no regrets. Great Job AMD keep it up.
