È noto per gli spike di temperatura ma con un buon raffreddamento a liquido si riesce a tenere a bada (sotto stress test, con un DeepCool 360 non si alza oltre i 60C).

Greater than one weekProcessor was fine for 6 months, and then computer started randomly crashing with increasing frequency. Updating and replacing many components did not help, replacing the processor finally stopped the crashes. AMD technical support agreed that I had a faulty processor.
