my package was stolen ik this is a great cpu but someone stole it off of my poarch and i have to file a police report to get my money back

Ryzen chips should be pulled from sale until windows fixes the fTPM freezing. Have spent 100+hrs troubleshooting this and have come to the conclusion that windows is bailing out intel via crippling Ryzen CPUs with fTPM. If the fTPM module I ordered does not fix this system I am going to RMA the whole system (again, Ive already done the same song and dance with the 5950x ordered from amazon) and go with intel. The price to AMD performance boast only works if the system is 100% compatible with Windows in my case but the fTPM has made that not the case at all.

They should probably ship these in more robust packaging, quite a bit of stress and crease marks across the box.

Used this to replace my 5800x. This processor is so much faster and works great. Just dropped it in, made a couple of bios changes and off I went. I would recommend getting this before they are out of stock. Great processor for gaming and productivity.

This CPU is amazing! The power behind it has exceeded my expectations. The install was easy, flashing the bios was quick and it runs perfectly. I will say that you need to make sure you have proper cooling. This CPU runs hot underload and can take a fair amount of power. If you set up your rig right this will be a great CPU for you.

I step up from the 1700 and wow what a difference.

Was happy to score this on a Prime deal for $70 off! Was not happy when it came out of the sealed AMD box with 4+ bent pins. Managed to straighten them enough to get it installed, but would not boot. Sends DRAM error code. Nothing is wrong with the DRAM. This CPU is brand new and broken. I am shocked at the poor Quality Control by AMD, this part should have never even been packaged! You would think these are tested first.
