Worked great! I replaced using these balancers for three windows. I did not have any issue.

Perfect easy installation, Windows work great

It broke after about 5 uses. The retractor for the upper window on one side stopped retracting. It’s not a difficult installation, but it’s a pain to have to do it again after only a few uses!

Very good quality. Easier to install with a little help, but can be a one man job. Looks like original equipment from Andersen.

A little expensive but did the job, much cheaper than replacing the windows

They were very easy to put in with the instructions that can with them and the visual aid from youtube. We are very happy with the way they worked.
