it came on time and worked perfectly.

Arrived as scheduled. matches original Balancers.

The original balancer failed after 25 years. Searched and found out what I needed and how to replace it. Ordered and had it in 2 days. Followed the instructions to install it and its like brand new.

No dislikes,used on window to hold window.

I have now replaced the sash balancers on 9 windows that were installed in the late 70s. Bought the first set from a local window supplier. They had to be ordered and cost more than Amazon. Bought the remainder on Amazon and all went well. However, one set came partially bent on the mounting tab but I was able to bend it back into shape. I was apprehensive about doing this job, but it really is quite easy. Hardest part was notching out the wood frame with a chisel since these replacements a just a bit longer. I wish I had more windows to change out!

They were very easy to put in with the instructions that can with them and the visual aid from youtube. We are very happy with the way they worked.
