Worked great! I replaced using these balancers for three windows. I did not have any issue.

Very good quality. Easier to install with a little help, but can be a one man job. Looks like original equipment from Andersen.

It fit perfectly in place of thirty year old original Andersen balancer. Appears well made, and functions smoother than original balancer when it was new.

It broke after about 5 uses. The retractor for the upper window on one side stopped retracting. It’s not a difficult installation, but it’s a pain to have to do it again after only a few uses!
