Ive has this comb a few months now for my long haired and short haired dogs. It gets down to the skin very well and hasn’t lost any teeth since I’ve had it and I use it 2-3 times a week.

Our vet had recommended this comb for our very long haired cat Simba with matted areas. Within 5 minuets we were able to comb out a large amount of loose fur and mats seen in the photo. Simba hates typical de-shedding brushes/combs but tolerated the first combining session with very little discomfort and agitation. We are excited to finally have a great comb!

Kitty accepts this so far and the big teeth make sure it does not pull his hair. My breeder recommended a profession brand which I could not find but this seems fine and priced better
