> 3 dayI got mine about a year ago and just about to order my 2nd one to use with my 2nd herd of Guinea pigs. I tried other ways to sort hay and this is the easiest for them to get at (especially a larger herd) and the easiest for me to fill. The herd that uses it is a herd of 6 Guinea pigs. It lets them all have easy access to it and keeps it off the ground. Very sturdy and an overall great product.

> 3 dayThis thing is super awfully put together. The wood poles in between CONSISTENTLY fall out and it’s impossible to put it back together. Find another hay holder... for the price, definitely not worth it

Greater than one weekI love this product for my guinea pigs. I ordered two, but at different times. The top for each was slightly different. One had notches that the top sat on, and the other that had notches but allowed you to spin the top securing it. I love both, but the secured top one works best since my one guinea pig likes to tip and flip everything in the cage. For cleaning, it’s wood so it absorbs. If you have it in a “bathroom” area for the small animal it may get yucky. But so far I love it and am very happy with the purchases.
