I wanted this to work for my son (2.5 year old) but it just isn’t what I’d hoped for. The pee guard isn’t nearly high enough so if my son isn’t sitting at the perfect angle (which is perfectly sitting up), pee shoots over the top of the toilet seat instead of into the pee guard. He’s also capable of pulling off the seat easily. It is definitely a sturdy seat, but after many attempts we haven’t gotten it to fasten very securely. It doesn’t fall off when on the toilet seat or when my son climbs onto it, but he can easily pull it off and then we have to reinstall it over and over.

We liked the potty seat. Only downside is that it would get lose and slide around every couple days & need to be readjusted. So I only gave 4 stars for sturdiness. My son liked the handles & back rest. They seemed to make him feel safer than a regular seat did.

My toddler grew pretty quick and was too tall for the floor potty we brought I tried about two other seat attachments (the ones with steps) but it wasn’t sturdy and he didn’t like them much plus it was hard getting them to fit into the toilet seat. This seat though fits like a glove and he just uses his little foot stool to step up to sit down. Also I have a little string bean for son LoL so this helps him to not have to worry about balancing while he goes to the bathroom and makes the process that much easier. It fits to just about any seat and seals very well. It’s easy to clean and stores well also.

Just purchased this toilet seat cover and couldnt be happier! I have a travel seat (potette) that can also be used on the big potty but my son never felt steady on it when it was on the big potty and refused to use it. So I did some research and ordered this one and as soon as I unpacked it he asked to go on the potty. Whoo hooo!! This one has LOTS of cushion and feels very sturdy. I like that you can put it on top of the big toilet seat or you can lift the seat up and it fits perfectly on the actual bowl. It feels very very sturdy either way. I also like the big handles because it helps my son feel secure. The splash guard is nice and high and the cushion is nice for those times when things take awhile. My kid loves this seat. We leave it on the toilet for him whenever were in the house. It has a splash guard/flap in the front to keep everything contained in the bowl, excellent design. We take the seat off and rinse it thoroughly once a day or so. Very sanitary, looks great, and my boy is enthusiastic about using it.

I had originally purchased a cheaper potty seat to train my toddler on. He was definitely struggling and I could tell he wasn’t comfortable and needed the splash guard for more assurance. I bought this and could instantly tell my toddler felt more confident in sitting on the potty. Also, we don’t have it locked down as we only have one bathroom and have to remove it frequently so I can’t speak to that feature.

I have a 3-year-old daughter Im trying to potty train. I have had one of those little potty chairs that sit on the ground but she has never liked using it. (Never did actually use it) I saw this potty toilet seat here on Amazon and I decided to buy it. My daughter thinks going to the potty is fun now and finally began going potty in the toilet. My toilet seat shape is an oval shape almost pointy but the potty seat fits perfectly and grips on. Its an easy clean up I dont have to dump out anything into the toilet because its already in there so we flush and wash our hands and go about our day =)

Fits well on toilet. Good, comfortable fit for my son.

My son is on the spectrum and we are potty training using this seat. I love the seat we take it everywhere we go and it seems to fit most toilets. My son loves the seat and will sit on it all day if we let him. The only reason I gave it four is because I wish there were more ways to tighten it for some of the toilets it doesn’t necessarily fit. Definitely worth the purchase

We have had a few potty training seats for my twin boys and this one is great. They are 2.5 years old and they fit on the contoured seat very well. I can tell it is way more comfortable to them than the other ones we have used (daycare, first one we ordered, grandma’s house). I would recommend if you are potty training for sure.
