This is a great two-in-one product: a silicone pad to rest your flat iron for travel or home use without having to worry about damaging your vanity (or causing a burn mark on a bed spread, etc.). It also serves as a travel or storage sleeve to hold/ insert your hot hair tool as soon when it’s not in use. Awesome! Its just great to have peace of mind when resting such a hot item on a vanity top. Honestly, I didnt even know these products existed, so when I saw it on Amazon, I just had to order it! It is well made and, being that its silicone, I know that it will last a very long time. Ive used it a few times so far, and no complaints whatsoever!

Nice thick mat that keeps my counters from getting hot or damaged from my hair straightener. Its wide enough for a variety of hair tools including my hair straightener, hair curler and crimper. Will not tear easily.

Ive been balancing my hair straightener on the edge of my sink for over a decade so that it doesnt burn my counter top. Who knew that something like this was going to make my styling experience more convenient. ha! I love that I can set this on top of the mat while Im straightening my hair and then when Im done, I can just toss my straightener in the pouch and store it away. It protects my counter and I dont have to worry about my straightener falling off my sink onto the floor. The size is larger than I expected and works perfectly for my needs.

This silicone heat mat is great for travelling and at home. My counters arent hot underneath the mat. I like that it has a grippy surface on both sides so the mat or hot iron doesnt slide. I love that you can slip the hot iron into it while its still hot. What a great invention! Also, the hot pink color is sweet.

This case will make travel so much easier! It fits my ceramic flat iron nicely and will protect the cord and my luggage from the hot plates when I have just used it and need to leave the hotel. The silicon material is thick enough to be protective but not to add a lot of weight to my suitcase. Wish Id thought of the idea!

Light and flexible, so simple to store I’m amazed. I had my vera Bradley fabric protector for years, but I like these a lot more. Also, in my view it will fit two styling tools not just one. Doubles as a heat resistant pad to protect wood and other surfaces.

Im planning a much needed trip and when I saw this, I had to have it. Using a flat iron is a staple for me getting ready in the morning and so many times when traveling I find that I cant pack up quickly enough to feel safe about tucking a hot flat iron next to my nice clothes in the suit case, This sleeve is thick enough and sturdy enough to help with that issue. I feel the cost was great and I love that its so convenient to slip my iron into the sleeve and not worry. I definitely recommend this for traveling purposes and feel youll be happy with the quality and cost value of this product.

Nothing to dislike about this item, as hot as the curlers got, the mat did not get hot which is great says my daughter. The mat is not big and gawky, its just right and she loves how you can use it has a mat then use it as a carrying case and i love how the mat dont let the curlers burn my counters.

This is what I was looking for a long time. I did not know where to put my Curling Iron and ended up putting it on my lap risking burning myself each time. This works like a charm. Well done.
