I have been buying Anker USB cables for years. Their build quality and durability is great. My stepson uses a XBox controller connected to a PC for gaming. He would wear out standard micro-USB cables regularly from the constant movement and drops. I found the Anker heavy duty braided cables a couple years ago. It has taken him almost two years to wear them out.

Usual Anker quality. only priblem i have is my friends wanting them after they use them a while!

The first one failed after about 5 weeks, the second failed at 3 months. These were used in the house and never moved and still failed. Dont waste your money.
