Anker [2-Pack 6ft Nylon Braided Tangle-Free Micro USB Cable with Gold-Plated Connectors for Android, Samsung, HTC, Nokia, Sony and More (Black)

We are using these to charge Galaxy 7s. They are difficult maintain a good connection with. You have to prop up the plugin on a bottle cap or something to keep a good connection. I have several Anker products and ordered thier cables specifically because I think they make good products. Not this one. USB cables are hit or miss some brands work fine for a long time and others like these wont stay connected right out of the box. I will not reorder these.

Of the two cables, one is a five star - great length, fits great in the phone, charges the phone at the speed allowed by the charger. The other cant carry a current and charges the phone at half the speed of the other cable (as measured by Accubattery), and is a one star. Averaging the two gives this a 3 star product. Buy twice as many as you think you need!

Ive trusted this brand for a long time. If I need either cables or storage batteries, Ill go with an Anker product every time if they make what Im after. As with their other braided cables that Ive bought, these are study and well fitted to their connectors. With other cables, Im always tempted to apply a bit of the moldable silicone product called Sugru at the point where the cables attach to the connectors—the reason being to improve the strain relief. I never feel as if I have to do this with Anker cables, especially the braided ones.

Both cords broke within 2 days. Got to the sometimes charging sometimes not phase. Totally worthless.

Great cable, the only bad of it it was the little hooks stop working. But not the usb

There are lots of USB leads available on-line but Ive bought these micro USB leads and at least one other product from Anker and they are good quality. Recommended.

I purchased a set of the black and a set of the red cables at the same time for Christmas along with a charging block. The kids were getting tablets for Christmas and would need places to charge them. After Christmas we were using both red cables and one of the black ones. After approximately eight weeks the black cable began to have issues and not be very reliable. The connection would only occur if it was plugged at just the right angle. No problem, we swapped it out with the spare black cable we had.
