    I bought this charger because it showed that this charger was fast charging, and there were many good reviews. I come to find out that it doesnt fast charge my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 4) and I cant return it. I like to play music while Im driving and my battery ends up draining faster than it can charge. Very disappointed in this product.

    Revised review based upon great customer service. The first charger I bought was defective. Anker saw I was dissatisfied and sent me a new model as a replacement. The new charger works just fine. Anker usually has good products and always has great customer service.
